Each piece is handcrafted from high-quality resin, precious metals, and natural stones. Due to the handmade nature of our process, every item is unique with slight variations in color and pattern.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within domestic regions. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How do I care for my resin pieces?
Resin is durable but should be treated with care. We recommend cleaning with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals to maintain the vibrant finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your specific destination.
Are your products food safe?
Our resin homewares are suitable for cold food service only. They are not suitable for the microwave, oven, or dishwasher, and should not be used with hot liquids.
